Sponsorships with Halfmoon Baseball League offers your business or cause an excellent opportunity for increased exposure and brand identification connected with support of local youth sports.  The Halfmoon Baseball League has tee ball and baseball programs that range in age 4 to 15.  All sponsorships provide naming rights to a team within the recreation program which runs during the Spring (April to June).  We will work with you to best match the team age group to your desired demographics to maximize your exposure.  The naming rights provides business/cause name on the team jersey, team name on website, logo on website sponsor banner (linked to your organization’s website or social media) and logo on concession stand sign.

Our website recently changed to directly integrate with our registration page and is the location for team communications and league information (such as schedules, scores, tournaments, other league events) -- so it gets regular traffic.  We will continue to work on this website to improve its effectiveness and usability.  We have typical registration of over 300 families annually with over 1100 followers on social media -- so our reach is across Halfmoon and Clifton Park areas and is growing.    

Our league has several community wide events including a great opening weekend – typically first weekend in May -- where all teams play over the course of the weekend up to 4 games.  The kids typically will wear their jerseys and hang around the field all day Saturday and Sunday - so it is really good visibility for all the team sponsors.   We conclude with a closing ceremony where all kids from all divisions are at the field wearing their jerseys for trophies, pictures, and celebration.  



Our standard sponsorship levels are:

Home Run Sponsor $350 -- Team Sponsor, Concession Stand Logo, Web and Social Logo Banner

Grand Slam Sponsor $550 -- Division Field Flag, Team Sponsor, Concession Stand Logo, Web and Social Logo Banner 

MVP Sponsor $750 -- Opening Day, Rec Rumble and Melee Home Tournament Recognition Plus Division Field Flag, Team Sponsor, Concession Stand Logo, Web and Social Logo Banner
